In Spain, the law grants individuals the freedom to practice nudism on any beach within the country, whether in the nude beaches of Tenerife, Ibiza, Valencia or anywhere else. However, the nudist beaches in Mallorca that I mention here are those that traditionally cater to the naturist community.
Nude Beaches in Mallorca: Northeast
Cala Moltó
Cala is the Spanish term for “cove”. Cala Moltó, also known as Es Guyó, is located close to Cala Agulla Beach, east of Mallorca, and near Capdepera and Cala Ratjada on the northeast side of Mallorca. You can park at Cala Agulla, walk the path that borders the beach, and you will be arriving at Cala Moltó in less than 20 minutes. Another option is to arrive by boat, as you will find a big number of them in this area.
The beach is 10 meters wide and around 100 meters long. It’s mostly rocky and with a relatively limited amount of sand, but it has beautiful turquoise-colored waters. With an average depth of 6 meters, this cala is ideal for diving. No services are available.

Cala Mesquida
Cala Mesquida is 7 km from Capdepera, and it will take you 10 minutes to arrive via the Ma-15 road. Once you arrive, you will find the parking lot at a distance of 200 meters from the beach. The beach is long, about 300 meters, sandy, and has clear waters, making it ideal for snorkeling. However, please note that it has a strong marine current and is exposed to strong winds, so be especially careful if you are visiting with kids.
Among the nudist beaches in Mallorca, Cala Mesquida is one that has an assigned area for nudists. The beach is equipped with a lifeguard and offers rentals for umbrellas and hammocks, as well as a bar and restaurant.

Nude Beach in Mallorca: Northwest
Cala Tuent
This cove is close to the Tramuntana mountains, it belongs to the municipality of Escorca, and it’s located 40 km from the city of Soller, north of Mallorca. After descending on a road full of curves, you will find parking for your car. Another way, if possible, is to arrive by boat. The nearest port facility to the beach lies around 6 nautical miles away, and it’s Puerto de Sóller. The beach, sandy with rocks, is 100 meters long and 32 meters wide.
This is also one of the most beautiful spots for practicing snorkeling in Mallorca.
Nude Beaches in Mallorca: Southeast
Cala Brafi
Brafi or Brafia is a virgin cove of sand and stones near Portocolom, in Felanitx. It’s 50 meters long and 20 meters wide. You can leave the car south of Cala Marcal, at the end of Fotja street, and walk for about ten minutes to reach the cove. All you will see while walking, apart from the virgin landscape, will be a stone house.
This cove is so little visited that even in summer you will not find many visitors. Among the nudist beaches in Mallorca, perhaps this will be the most quiet and peaceful one.

Caló des Moro
This beautiful cove is around 6 km from Santanyi. Accessing the beach is a tough task. From the main road, you take a dirt road towards Caló des Moro and S’Almunia beaches. Free parking is available at the end of the road, and then you walk along a dirt path that winds down to the beach, and finally go down by a stone step staircase. It’s not recommendable to take kids with you.
The beach, sandy with turquoise-colored waters, is 5 meters long and 15 meters wide. There are no services nearby.
Cala s’Almunia
Cala s’Almunia is located near the community of Cala Llombards, in Santanyi, in the southern coast of Mallorca. From Santanyi, you take the road that leads to Cala Llombards. There you park the car and walk for about one km to reach Cala s’Almunia before encountering stone steps to go down. Parking close to the cala is only for residents. The cove is 30 meters long and 10 meters wide. Although there are buildings surrounding the cala, there are no beach services at all. The waters of intense turquoise color and the cliffs around make it a very beautiful scenery.

Nude Beaches in Mallorca: Southwest
Caló des Monjo
This beautiful cove is located near Peguera.The cove is barely 5 meters wide and 80 meters long.
It can be easily reached from the nearby town of Andratx in 9 minutes via the Ma1 road, which connects after a while with the Andratx-Palma Ma1 road.
Caló des Monjo has crystal clear and shallow waters in a setting of sand, rocks, and pine woods. It is considered one of the most beautiful nudist beaches in Mallorca. If you are in the nearby town of Cala Fornells, after parking your car, you can reach this cove with an easy walk of about one km.
As with almost every peaceful cove during the off-season, you can expect a big influx of visitors in the high season. Caló des Monjo is frequented by divers, and fishing is allowed. However, please note that there are no services available, such as lifeguards, showers, restaurants, or facilities for disabled individuals.

Caló des Grells
This small cove made of stones is located just five minutes from Palma. The cove is located on the West dock of the Promenade (Paseo Marítimo) on the right-hand side before reaching the Castle of San Carlos. After parking, you will have to go down to the cove using wooden stairs.
The beach is 50 meters long and 20 meters wide. There are no services available. Since it is usually not very crowded, it becomes attractive for people who practice nudism. It is also visited by members of the gay community.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: According to the Spanish Federation of Naturism, nudism is legal in all public spaces in Spain unless it’s expressly forbidden by a specific municipality. For example, in June 2023, the municipality of Ses Salines in Mallorca has forbidden nudism on its beaches.
