Es Cavallet
I’ll start this list of nude beaches in Ibiza with Es Cavallet, an official nudist beach located only 10 minutes by car south of Ibiza’s center. Well-known as a nudist beach since the 1980s, it’s also popular among the gay community worldwide.
It’s important to note that this isn’t exclusively a nudist beach. It’s also quite frequented by families. The primary nudist area is in the central part of the beach, sheltered by dunes.
The gay community gathers in the southern part, extending to the end of the beach near a tower. It’s not overly crowded, allowing you to enjoy a natural atmosphere. It’s also the best area for practicing snorkeling in its crystalline waters.
This sandy beach with calm waters stretches for one kilometer and is approximately 35 meters wide. Some areas are covered with posidonia algae, which sometimes accumulates in the form of small mounds along the coast. However, this algae is what gives the waters their crystal-clear transparency.
The beach is well-equipped with sunbeds, hammocks, umbrellas, lifeguard services, bathrooms, and washing facilities. There are expensive restaurants such as “El Chiringuito” and “La Escollera” and other beach bars.
How to Arrive:
By car from Ibiza: It takes 30minutes. Take the ring road towards the airport. Once you reach San Jordi, follow the signs for Las Salinas (Ses Salines). You’ll spot the turnoff within a few minutes.
There is parking; however, during the peak season, it’s very difficult to find a space. It’s advisable to rent a car in Ibiza or take a taxi to get there.
By bus from Ibiza: Take Line 11, get off at Ses Salines (last stop) and walk 20 minutes.

Nearby hotels are located at d’en Bossa Beach, ten minutes by car from Es Cavallet.
Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza (5*) is beachfront in Playa d’en Bossa. It has 2 pools, a spa, gym, and a private beach club. Rooms are stylish with music memorabilia, flat-screen TVs, and more. There are 6 restaurants, bars, and entertainment for all ages.

Aigües Blanques
The municipality of Santa Eulalia del Río is a 13-minute drive southeast from Ibiza. Here, you can discover the lovely cove of Aigües Blanques (White Waters), one of the most well-known nudist beaches in Ibiza.
Named for the freshwater springs that emerge from the cliffs, this cove boasts crystal-clear waters, making it perfect for snorkeling. The beach consists of golden sand and tranquil waters, stretching for 300 meters in length and 20 meters in width.
There are wooden stairs leading down to the beach. The first stretch of sand, accessible from these stairs, is popular among clothed visitors. To reach the third section, you need to climb over some rocks, and this is where you’ll find the area for nude visitors.
This cove is also well-known for its mud baths. The mineral elements from the cliffs, when mixed with water, create a reddish mud that is believed to have rejuvenating properties. Try applying it to your skin and sunbathing with it for a while to see the results.
How to Arrive
From the town of San Carlos in Santa Eulalia, take the PM-811 road. After parking, you’ll have a short walk to the beach, followed by a climb for a while. To reach the nudist area, continue all the way to the right.
UPDATE: Access to Aigües Blanques beach has been closed since July 2023 due to a narrow strip caused by waves and stones falling from the cliffs. Please check for updates before planning your visit.

Boutique Apartments Marsol Ibiza (4*) offers beachfront lodging with free WiFi, AC, a restaurant, and a bar. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Some have a terrace or balcony with sea views.
Aparthotel Duquesa Playa (4*) is 300 meters from Santa Eulalia Beach. It offers apartments with balconies, AC, and heating. Enjoy a rooftop pool, snack bar, and a café-restaurant. The apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchnette.
Cala Llosar/Punta Galera
This hidden cove is located within the municipality of San Antonio, 14 kilometers west of the capital of Ibiza. Cala Llosar is situated 5 kilometers from San Antonio.
While it is commonly referred to as Punta Galera, its true name is Cala Llosar. Punta Galera is the promontory that overlooks this distinctive rocky cove.
Cala Llosar is one of those secluded places with a mystical and naturist ambiance. Some people choose this cove for meditation or yoga practice. In fact, for years, there was a man who had set up an altar with a Buddha statue around which visitors used to gather pebbles. They still leave pebbles there even though the Buddha is no longer present.
The waters are exceptionally clean and transparent. Instead of sand, you’ll find stone terraces of varying heights throughout the cove. The entire area consists of natural rock platforms.
Many visitors to Ibiza claim that the most beautiful sunset on the island can be observed from this hidden cove. If you are a naturist enthusiast, be sure not to miss visiting Cala Llosar. However, do keep in mind that this secluded spot lacks any facilities or services.
How to Arrive
From Sant Antonio, take the Santa Agnès road. After two kilometers, turn left at a curve towards Cala Salada. Just before reaching Cala Salada, keep an eye out for the entrance to a residential area on your left. Navigate through its streets, heading toward the sea. Park your vehicle at the end of a long slope and walk down to the rocks.
Please note that there are absolutely no services available in this area, so you’ll need to bring all your necessities with you. Be cautious not to carry too much weight as it can be dangerous when you descend to the cove.

Can Vistabella Boutique Resort (4*) boasts a pool, sun terrace, a restaurant, bar by the pool, yoga deck, and outdoor cinema. Massage and beauty treatments are available. The resort offers stunning views of Portmany Bay, and the beach is a short drive away.
Es Racó d’en Xic
Located 8 kilometers southwest of Ibiza and near the town of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, you will discover Cala Comte. This name encompasses several beautiful coves, among which Es Racó d’en Xic, a little hidden one to the south, is frequented by nudists. However, during peak season, the influx of general visitors can be overwhelming, so naturist enthusiasts may find it more enjoyable to visit during quieter times.
This cove is 35 meters long and 15 meters wide, consisting solely of sandy shores with no pebbles or rocks. Its waters are a striking turquoise color, and the sunsets from Es Racó d’en Xic are truly spectacular.
It’s worth noting that some people mistakenly refer to this cove as “Cala escondida,” but that is only the name of the nearby bar.
How to Arrive
While on the road between Sant Josep and Sant Antonio, keep an eye out for the detour to Cala Comte. Once you reach the beach area, park your car in the esplanade above. To your right, you’ll find a bar and the main beach. To access this hidden cove, simply walk to the left until you come across it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
According to the Spanish Federation of Naturism, nudism is legal in all public spaces in Spain, unless it’s expressly forbidden by a specific municipality. For example, in June 2023, the municipality of Ses Salines in Mallorca has forbidden nudism on its beaches.
The list of places given above is just a guide to popular naturist spots. Keep in mind that this list doesn’t guarantee the presence of other nudists.
